Product Description
The Trunnion Ball Valve Flanged Class 600 (AGB-TBV-600) is engineered for high-pressure applications where safety and performance are critical. Its trunnion-mounted ball design ensures stable, reliable operation even under extreme conditions, with the trunnion support transferring pipeline loads directly to the valve body rather than the seats.
Constructed from carbon steel (WCB) or stainless steel (CF8M), this valve is fire-safe certified to API 607, anti-static, and blowout-proof per API 6D. The double block-and-bleed feature provides simultaneous isolation of upstream and downstream pressures with cavity bleed capability, adding an extra layer of reliability for maintenance and safety operations.
Atlas Group Ballvalve provides Class 600 ball valves tested to API and ASME standards, delivering robust performance for the most demanding pipeline applications. All valves are factory-tested to API 598 and supplied with full material traceability documentation and third-party inspection reports on request.
Double Block & Bleed
Simultaneous isolation of upstream and downstream pressures with cavity bleed capability.
Fire-Safe Certified
API 607 / API 6FA certified for use in hydrocarbon and flammable fluid services.
Anti-Static Design
Spring-loaded plunger ensures electrical continuity between ball, stem, and body.
Blowout-Proof Stem
T-type stem design prevents stem ejection under internal pressure per API 6D.
