Product Description

AGB Triple-Offset Butterfly Valves deliver metal-seated, bi-directional, zero-leakage isolation in a compact, lightweight package. The triple-offset geometry eliminates friction between disc and seat during operation, dramatically extending service life compared to conventional double-offset designs.

Available in wafer, lug, and flanged end configurations, these valves are fire-safe certified to API 607 for use in hydrocarbon services. The eccentric disc geometry ensures the seating surface is only contacted at the final degree of closure, eliminating wear during normal operation.

Suitable for large-bore applications where space and weight are critical constraints. All valves are factory-tested to API 598 and supplied with full material traceability documentation and third-party inspection reports on request.

Triple Offset Geometry

Zero friction between disc and seat during operation only contacts at final closure.

Bi-Directional Sealing

Full metal-to-metal seal in both flow directions for complete isolation.

Fire-Safe Certified

API 607 / API 6FA certified for use in hydrocarbon and flammable fluid services.

Wafer, Lug & Flanged

Three end connection options to suit any pipeline configuration.
