When standard products cannot meet your process requirements, AGB's engineering team supported by COLLEKENTECH LLC designs and manufactures bespoke valve solutions from the ground up. Our custom engineering capability covers the full spectrum from cryogenic service at -196C to extreme high-temperature applications at +650C.
Specialties include exotic alloy construction in Inconel, Hastelloy, Titanium, and Monel for ultra-corrosive media, extended bonnet designs for cryogenic and insulated pipelines, and custom face-to-face dimensions for retrofit projects where standard dimensions cannot be accommodated.
Every custom project is supported by our COLLEKENTECH R&D team using computational fluid dynamics, finite element analysis, and rapid prototyping to validate the design before production. Third-party witness testing by Lloyd's Register, Bureau Veritas, or DNV is available on request.
